Pillar 01 · Music Access First-instrument night — Wilmington learners
PILLAR 01

Music Access.

Low-barrier, community-centered music learning — designed to remove the intimidation that often surrounds music education.

Wilmington has a working musical culture. What's missing is the rung that turns audience members into players — and the dignified paid teaching work that local musicians deserve.

Every session is paid teaching for a local musician. Every participant pays what they can.

  • Beginner workshops
  • Open jam sessions
  • Youth rhythm & percussion circles
  • Singer-songwriter circles
  • Local musician demonstrations
  • "First Instrument" nights
  • DJ & beat-making basics
  • Recording fundamentals

PILLAR 02

Painting &
Visual Arts.

The easiest pillar to launch first. Supplies are manageable, sessions are flexible, and the outcomes are immediately visible on the walls of the space.

From a first community paint night to a "Paint Your Story" workshop that turns cultural identity into a finished piece — visual arts is how Luna gets known.

Family days are designed for kids and parents to make side by side. Murals leave permanent marks on the neighborhood.

How it costs

Donation-based access

Nobody is excluded because they cannot pay. Our suggested giving levels are a guide, not a gate. Pay-what-you-can is real here.

If you can pay above the suggested amount, you're paying for someone else who can't. That's the model.
